I needed a storage unit to store my dad's things when he moved from assisted living to skilled nursing. The management was willing to work with me to schedule a time to sign papers that fit my visits from KC. I arrived at the appointment during a surprise snow storm and the woman at the desk was so welcoming and helpful. I always feel safe coming and going from the unit and have had no issues with anything.
